Justice Ibrahim Buba-led Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase to bar members of the newly constituted caretaker committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from taking over the affairs of the party from its acting National Chairman, Ali Modu Sheriff.
Justice Ibrahim gave this ruling on Monday.
